Community teaching , open tools, clear explanations, and pathways into computational cardiac science.
Virelion’s work is research-stage and computational. Teaching is part of the same mission: make measurement, modeling, and evidence literacy accessible to students, trainees, and labs who want to learn how cardiac regeneration hypotheses are framed and tested , without overstating what the science can claim today.
We favor public repositories, readable documentation, and materials that can be reused. Education here is not a product pitch; it is community capacity-building.
Most of the stack is public on GitHub under Virelion-Biotech. READMEs, dossiers, and the architecture release on Zenodo are intended to be readable entry points , not only for collaborators, but for learners following along.
Web demos and tool pages on this site are free to explore for educational use in a research or classroom context. They are not clinical decision tools.
Structured courses and formal curricula are not published yet. If you run a course or journal club and want materials aligned with our stack, write in , we prioritize clear, reusable content over one-off slides.
Medical and life-science students, computational biology trainees, early-career researchers, and educators building modules on cardiac regeneration or research software. Clinicians curious about measurement tools are welcome; content stays research-framed, not practice guidelines.
